Before moving your belongings into your unit, you need to sign a rental contract. You can visit the on-site manager during office hours to do this. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to go through and sign the contract.

  • For personal rental: a valid photo ID (passport or driving license).
  • For business rental: evidence of the link with the company (e.g business card) and a valid photo ID.
  • Your bank details to set up Direct Debit.
