Worst service and facilities ever

Worst services ever, rat infested dump is my honest answer. In the first 3 day i saw 2 unit that have fresh rat dropping and also had thier possessions damaged by rats. I was not told about the rat problem when signing up dispist a news paper article a few months back. I feel cheated out of my money. A sales person made referance to terrorism and cant get hold of them on the phone. When calls are diverted, the person cannot do anything to help. I can't keep going in eve 5 min to speak to someone. When I asked to cancel after 4 days, they said I had to put a 15 day notice in and I cannot get a refund. Where are my lawfull right to a full refund within the 14 day period. My next question is what are you going to do about it!!! Must I go to the papers to expose your business practices?

Very helpful member of staff showed us the space we had booked and after asking some questions, advised us to change it for a bigger space. All paperwork done quickly and efficiently.

The code had not worked at all since getting the storage 5 days ago. The staff in the site been good but is frustrating having to get an access code daily from the store. Otherwise been good but am suprised the firm's it support take this long to fix the access code.
