Get more trollies, make sure that they accept new pound coins, if coin release is absolutely necessary.

Clean, modern, secure.

Friendly service from staff. Clear pricing with generous incentive discount and reasonable on-going rates.
Clean modern storage units which appear secure, with gate, lift and unit layers of protection, plus CCTV. Convenient access hours.
Only minor niggle is trolley-release requires old-style pound coins.

Best value for money - convenient and good access hours

Excellent service. Helpful staff .Repaired light in unit within minutes of my reporting it broken. Good introductory rate on internet. Spent a whole day at the unit sorting out my items for storage, had to use their toilets - kept clean by staff. Coffee/lunch available nearby at Toby Carvery if have to spend a few hours at the unit this is very handy. Excellent access hours. Very convenient.

Very Disgruntled Customer

The person who assisted me at South Croydon was very helpful and had even tried contacting a manager to get the situation rectified. However I am not happy with my booking in general. I had phoned from abroad the previous week and made a reservation for the special offer. Apparently I had been diverted to another center where a trainee handled the call and made a mess up.

When I got to South Croydon they did not have a special offer and my booking had been made for Purley Way instead, which was around another 4 miles away. Furthermore the unit booked was on the 4th floor way to the back of the building. I had over 2 large vans of furniture to move and it would have taken hours on a trolley via a small lift one piece at a time.

Since the van was already loaded and I did not have time to look around for alternative storage facilities at 3.00 pm on a Saturday afternoon, I had no option but to pay the full price at South Croydon.

I suggest that if these are the kinds of unit that are on special offer, it should be made clear to the client when the booking is being made. And infact it would be useful if a map indicating the unit was sent with the confirmation.
