What it means to reserve

  • The price and promotions are guaranteed for 3 days from reservation (including the reservation date).
  • Sign your contract within 3 days to guarantee the reservation price and applicable promotion.

No obligation

  • There's absolutely no obligation when making your reservation. We never ask for a credit card.
  • Should you later decide you are not ready for storage, no further action is necessary.

What is needed to reserve

The only information we ask for is your name, email address and telephone number.

Changes and cancellations

  • If you want to change your unit size, location or move in date call 0800 368 0420 or email the store.
  • Or, cancel your reservation and start again when you're ready.

It's always in your control, and it's always free.

Your reservation confirmation and next steps

  • After reserving your unit, you will receive an email confirming your reservation details.
  • Your store manager will also call to confirm your reservation and answer any questions you may have.
  • If you wish to proceed you will need to come to the store to sign your contract.

In the event of a telephone contact between you and Shurgard, that telephone call could be recorded to help improve the quality of services you receive.
