Highly recommend

First time i have used storage and verypleased to date. Dee in the office explained everything very clearly and showed me exactly how it all works. Security is very good. Not a 24 hr facility but 6am to 11pm should be enough for most, and security patrols take place after office hours which is reassuring

Stuff is extremely helpful and location is convenient. Access to lockers are easy.
But I had made a special request to have a locker at bottom row which was not met when booking was done.

Lovely staff, rubbish lifts!

Elton was super helpful, made the check in process really quick.
The lifts are a nightmare and really slow. It's crazy for a place that size to have one lift serving upper floors which is where everyone needed to go. It doubled (at least) the amount of time it took to complete my removals.

Slow check in, but good facilities once sorted!

I would recommend using this location for storage. Access etc is all straightforward and easy to sort out. The only issue I found was the 'checking in' stage. There was constantly a queue to do this and despite appointments being made, no one was really on time and all still required help. The process is very slow in store and maybe a recommendation should be put in place to check in on a DIFFERENT day to actually loading items into the storage unit or maybe a warning as to how long this process takes so people are able to better plan. It's also worth warning people that if their storage unit is on the level 5, only one of the lifts operates this area and therefore loading etc will all take longer. Just more information concerning the time it takes would be useful! Everything else is perfect, thank you!

Not being transparent with clients

You claimed to have £1 promotional sales and yet by the time i signed up the contract all hidden charges summing up to almost 50 pounds kept popping.
I am only givibg 3 stars because I am very well convinced that your set ice has the highest of security system in place.

Not a great experience

Wasn’t allowed into the office because of COVID so had to stand in the car park filling in forms. Wasn’t allowed to see the unit first and would probably have gone for the next size if I had. Took around 15 mins to get the email through so I could pay. No ID asked for.

I booked a storage unit online, and was given a quote and asked to attend the site on the day by the staff member to sign a contract and set up payment. However when arrived on the day as asked, staff stated that they could not find my booking and that even though I had booked the unit, having shown them the email of the booking and quote. The staff member stated they could no longer give me the quoted price and stated it would be at least £60 extra a month

Hidden fees and water leaks in the facility made for a poor impression

There are a lot of hidden fees (15 pounds for a lock, 3 pounds per week for mandatory insurance, etc), which is really not appreciated.
The facility is dirty and there are numerous water leaks - it rains inside...
Other than that it is convenient.

i WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY 1£ + PAD LOCK + ADMIN FEE+ INSURANCEA AND i END UP PAY MORE . After reading my contract I realise that she sell me thing I DIDN'T REALLY NEED. Becareful when you sign your contract .

Most disappointed with the service

I am pretty disappointed with their service and I regret that I did not revised my decision before agreeing to sign the contract with them. On the day when I arrived to store my belongings, there was only one person there. No sign of the contract. It took a very long time until all formalities were completed and I had to pay extra the driver as he had to wait for me.

Anyhow, what's done it's done. But please, do take into consideration other options when looking to store your belongings.

Rude customer Services

I experienced the worst customer services from this company whereby one of their team members hung up the telephone call as he couldn't answer my questions. He did not know how to deal with what i was asking and was very rude in his manner. I hope that they monitor phone calls and will look to improve this as this person either was very inexperienced or clearly requires further training before being allowed to do any customer facing jobs. This experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and i will not be a returning customer.
