In case of an error message, try again or push the call-manager button for assistance during office hours. At all other times only use in emergencies.
2. UNIT ACCESS
Each Shurgard unit is secured with a purpose-built locking system allowing insertion of your personal cylinder lock or padlock (where advised). Each customer receives a minimum of two keys per lock. Use your key to unlock your unit and slide the latch to open it. For roll-up doors make a small downwards movement with your foot on the roll up door handle while sliding the latch of the lock.
